The NBCC Foundation is pleased to announce an award opportunity available through a partnership with the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE).
In the spirit of promoting our efforts toward the Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential, and of maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice for the counseling profession, the Foundation in partnership with the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) is pleased to announce the NBCC Foundation ACS training award. This award will also expand the Foundation’s volunteer supervision program, one of the services currently offered to all NBCC Foundation scholars and fellows at no cost.
The ACS award advances the professional identity and development of counselors throughout the nation. Five awards in the amount of $500 each are available.

- Currently hold the NCC certification maintained with no ethical holds or missed payments for a minimum of one year;
- Have extensive clinical experience in providing mental health or substance abuse counseling services;
- Commit to applying for the ACS credential within one year of the award.
